I am currently 16 weeks pregnant and my ovaries hurt at my hips just In a bit ache so much 😢and when I walk the pain up my bum is so intense 😢 I don't know if it's endo or scar tissue when I had my lap in November. It was found behind my ovaries and pouch of douglas. Any thoughts? Cxx

Hi there I had Endo through my pregnancy and had my lap when my little boy was nine months old, I was told before hand that this pain I was experiencing during intercourse (happening before I was pregnant and the whole way through and after birth) couldn't be endo because it "gets better" when pregnant as in the pain can decrease- this was before my lap, it's more widely know now that actually that isn't often the case, so sometimes endo can still cause pain when pregnant, I was also told that if I have more children in the future scar tissue may cause me some pain due to the obvious stretching of the whole area. Another thought also, Is I found in my particular pregnancy that I had a lot of aches and pains in the same areas you are describing that were unrelated to the endo, just due to the fact of being pregnant. There could be many possible answers to your problem so it is a tricky one i would definatley see your gp or get in touch with your consultant so they can rule out complications and help with your pain ect , Goodluck x
