Hi ladies, I have been told that the severe pain I have on the left side of my pelvis is muscular and is probably being irritated by Endo, anyone any tips as I am struggling to do any normal stuff xx

Ask to be referred to pain management team or a physio - I had a twisted pelvis (not sure how - could be from shuffling to compensate for pain or I could have one leg shorter than the other, no idea!) and didn't realise until the physio told me I had no selective movement in my pelvis.
