Has anyone else tried doing home enemas for endo on the bowel? I have discovered it really helps when I have severe constipation/pain much better than pharmaceutical laxatives. I wrote a long post about what I do, recently. Just wondering if anyone else has found relief with this method.

Yes! I had my lap last Monday and by Friday I hadnt been to the toilet. I was so uncomfortable and in pain. Popped one of those bad boys in and within half hour everything was working as it should. Such a relief! Wish I had done it earlier. I had taken lactolose and senokot and neither had worked.
