Endo and appraisal..

I would welcome any support or advice.. I had my appraisal today and didn't do as well as I would have hoped. When I am in work I am fine and hit or exceed all targets. However we have something called customer facing time (cft) my cft is lowest and always will be for the deptartment as I need extra breaks and toilet stops...but it has impacted on my appraisal as has the fact my productive is 0 when I am absent.. Please help x

I'm so sorry I have no advice only that have you tried having a one to one with your manager outside of an appraisal .to explain everything that is happening to you.

it sounds like you have done amazingly well while struggling with this.

this really is an awful disease and it would be nice to get some encouragement sometimes .Im sorry I have no advice but I wish you well ,take very good care.xxx

Thank you. He's a man and I honestly don't think he's a clue. He's supportive yet in a way it has affected my appraisal x

It's along shot is it worth talking to HR if you have one ?
