Hi there, I found Bioidentical Progesterone helpful for the heavy periods, but still had bad ovulation pain. Agnus Castus made me worse and I am now back on Qlaira. The best help I have found is diet focusing in gut health with fermented foods and probiotics, Reiki and Sophrology. Endometriosis really claimed my life when I was first diagnosed, but when I started Sophrology I made a conscious decision to stop saying 'my Endo' and say 'the Endo' and to see it as something to learn from. Our thoughts are powerful and I believe can really make the pain so much more intense. In Sophrology the first principle we live by is no judgement, including the way we judge ourselves. When you have a bad day take your pain relief and rest ;0). For pain I sometimes take Californian Poppy tincture which I buy from Viridian, but I need to catch it early and do breathing exercises for relaxation. I do have days when I have to take Codéine though.

I hope this helps

Big hugs

Jen

I'd recommend yoga as I find that it makes me relax and not think so much about how I feel. When I feel ill I tend to get more tense and that then makes me feel worse. I go once a week and it doesn't make it go away but it makes me feel better.

I have used Homeopathy medicines which has not only reduced pain but I am now pregnant after various treatments like zoladex, Homeopathy and surgery to correct things. I do give some credit to Homeopathy medicines as finally i achieved what i wanted ( pregnancy)

Hi Tasnim,

I am from India living in UK currently and I ordered my homeopathy medicines from an Indian Doctor. habeeb_rida@yahoo.com is his email id. Lost mobile number but can get it if you need it. You can refer my name "Saleha" and you have to email all your existing scans and reports, age, problem, etc and he will respond to you. He has couriered me all medicines from India and it took about a week for me to receive. He will send all instructions how to use them. message me if you need more details.

Thanks guys I already have reiki treatments every 2 weeks and I can do reiki on myself which does help. I would really like to do yoga but I'm just too exhausted to commit to a class. Has any body tried changing their diet, did it work?
