Marvelon and still bleeding

Hi I'm 16 and been on marvelon for 4months now for endometriosis which I was diagnosed with last year December,this pill is meant to stop my periods however for a month now I've been bleeding however before I could use panty liners but now Its so heavy I have to wear pads and change throughout the day,I'm sure this shouldn't be happening as I take marvelon back to back with no breaks? I've also been experiencing severe pain with it and I had to be hospitalised (but they was no help at all) so just wondering what I should do about all of this?
