im so sick

these last two months has been hell i got hurt at work an pulled a chest muscle it was very painfull i was in bed for 9 days well that heeled so i tried to get out of bed a move around well ever since then iv had extreme nausea , headaches , an extreme dizziness i cant get out of bed an i cant work its so bad iv been to the ER 3 times an a doctor 4 times iv had every test none to mankind an there all normal..WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME i cant live like this anymore an before all this happen i had pneumonia n kidney stones an 4 weeks later all this happend something went wrong somewhere my doctor cant figure it out iv been doing all kinds of research an nothing..someone plz give me some advice
