Yes as soon as i got a period i would be so nauseous. And physically sick as well as passing out- i found if i didnt eat anything around that time it helped.

Same here! If you go to your doctors they will prescribe you with some anti-sickness tablets, I find mine work really well. Good luck!

Yes. Nausea, sick and sometimes black out. Anti sickness pills from the dr help. I also sip lemonade which helps calms it and oddly lettuce! at the first signs I make a small Caesar salad. I've never read anything that says lettuce can help calm Endo symptoms but I have read that it helps to calm the system if suffering with insomnia. It works a treat for me if I catch it in time before actually being sick. Anything that can help is worth trying. Nothing worse than getting into a cycle of severe pain, being sick and then can't keep painkillers down. Give it a go. Also found small amount of grated ginger in apple juice helps to calm it.

Hiya, yes really bad nausea, and sometimes vomiting, every two weeks during ovulation and a couple of days before my period. Bucchastem or Bucchal are very good. I get so sick I can't swallow tablets so these are perfect, you just pop a tiny tablet under your top lip. Nausea is so debilitating, and it's not a visible symptom so people at work etc don't always get how bad it is. Try sipping fresh ginger tea too (just finely chop up a 2cm squared bit of fresh ginger and pour boiling water over the top).

Over exertion and exercise makes my nausea worse, so when you are due on, try to stay as relaxed and calm as possible. Good luck and sorry to hear what you are dealing with x
