Need advice.. please help me

I have been on prostap and provera. My next injection is thursday and two days ago my course of provera ran out. I called dr yesterday as had tummy pain two days. I started bleeding. The pain is getting worse by the hour. The dr said my situation is complicated and called hospital. I have to wait till thu for new injection and new hrt tablets. Ive been told if bleeding gets worse im to go straight to hospital. They think its endo bleeding. What do I do till then? Ive even had to call in sick today. Im so upset. Im going on holiday fri next week and have been told if I get admitted into hospital between now and then they wont sign me fit to fly... I need this break im so down and to be honest im tired of fighting this. Im in so much pain please help.
