Hi Rajz

Sorry to hear that you are in pain. However as you have been diagnosed the best thing to do is to go back to your GP for help with the pain or return to your consultant if you can. Also your excessive discharge may be due to hormonal imbalance (which is logical if you have endo) but it also may be due to an infection which could also be causing your pain. and why you need to go back to the doctor.

When going to talk about pain it may be useful to look at the consultancy questionaire on the Endometriosis UK website as there are helpful ways to describe pain indicating pain scores and a diagram to show where you have pain. Sometimes people can be dismissive of pain but there is a growing understanding of long-term pain and how this affects people and also how it can be managed better.

Good luck

Helen
