I have the same pain before and after my period. My reflexologist reckons it's inflammation from possible Endo on the diaphragm that is leading to referred pain in the right shoulder?? Is the only thing that calms it ibuprofen?
Hope you feel better soon. I'm sick of this pain as can't get to sleep at night either.
Could be a muscle or bone problem.
The shoulder is a complex joint and lots of things can happen to it. Anything from a pulled muscle... To a sprain.... To impingement
syndrome.
I would recommend you visit your GP in a couple of days if the pain continues.
It would be very unusual if it has anything to do with endometriosis.
