Endo diet advice - Fruit/sugar?

Hi,

I've started looking into the advice given for endo diets, and was wondering if the exclusion of sugars includes avoiding the natural sugars found in fruit etc, or if it means extra/processed sugar in products?

When I did it I gound the website endo resolved very good.

I think natural sugars are ok - a lot of ladies recommend eating more fruit and veg and I'm sure it would do more harm to exclude them!
