Does anybody have endo on there uretha and suffering kidney pain?

Hi guys hope your all as well as can be expected..

Here's my question I was diagnosed with endo on my uretha 12 months ago but not treated as the surgeon said (he didn't want to damage anything) but as well as the usual cyclic pain I'm now suffering back pain throughout the month in my kidney area and a recent urine test showed up blood and protein in my urine does anybody else have any experience with this and any outcomes following treatment?
