Decapeptyl Side Effect of problem urinating

Hello , I know reading the information leaflet to expect problem urinating which I am getting !!! Does anyone know if this could be an infection I need to speak to the doctor about or just pain that needs to be treated with pain killers or both (or somerhing else) or combination ?

Its wierd, suddenly I have got a flare up of pain which could be endo too but know I get pain too on urinating like i cant empty.

I will go to gp if I have too but I dont like him much at the moment as I am in the same situation as most where he sent me home before xmas saying not to worry about a cyst that has now turned into 8cm and decapepyl instead ! Just dont like his judgement and takes years to get something right.
