I have suffered for 10 years with painful periods, fainting, vomiting and stomach, thigh and hip pain. Have been in and out of doctors and hospitals and been told I am just imagining it all as they couldn't find anything wrong. Been told it was IBS and a drip in the back of my throat.

Just last year I pushed to get seen by GYNO and after a LOT of tests and a temporary shut down of my womb I was diagnosed with Adenomyosis. I can not take and contraceptive with a hormone in it so had the copper coil for a while and it didn't help. I have been told the only cure is a hysterectomy but because of my age they want me to try for another child with my husband before they give me that. I am only 24 and have a 5 year old son with a previous partner. Without trying it taken 3 years unprotected sex before I fell pregnant with Alfie (was with his dad for 6 years).

My husband and I have been giving a year to have a child before the op. I have had 3 miscarriages in the last year and a half and worried now that it will never happen. We have been sent to the Early miscarriage clinic and they have taken bloods from both of us to see if it is something genetic to do with it.

I am wondering if there is anything more we can do?
