Can anyone advise on their best pain relief ? I have permenant pelvic pain ,especially left side where I have a chocolate cyst.thanks.

Hello, I am currently on Amitriptyline and am two weeks in so far. Seems to be kicking in a bit, and I am having some really good days but still some (like today) pretty ropey. I am told it takes up to six weeks for full benefit though x

Thanks for your reply, I am taking naproxen twice daily and paracetamol , codeine x4 times, but its not holding the pain. I tried tramadol but it makes me nauseous x

I have also the same pain but in right side. It is totaly unbearable. Made Upset my life:(( suggest something
