Don't know if I can take these 2 tablets together?

I found an absess the other day and the doctor has prescribed me augmentin which I have to take 3 times a day. But I have started my period early and I normally take Co codomol but I didn't ask the doc if I could take them both together I was just wondering if anyone knew if it was ok. Thanks

Don't think there would be any problem taking them together -juts make sure you follow antibiotic instructions.Sometimes they say take with,before or after food.Always best to have something in stomach for any meds,to stop them damaging the bowel lining.

Hope you are feeling much better soon -have you had recent surgery?
