I had my period 2 weeks ago and for the past 2 weeks I've been spotting then it will stop. Then the next day I'll bleed lightly. I have a pain but its not like cramps its worse. this has never happened before and I'm not on birth control and this is scaring me

When i had mid cycle spotting they did an ultrasound and found fibroids in my uterus. Then i had my laparoscopy and they found Endo. So it could be either or both causing the spotting.
