I was diagnosed 10 years, 2 laparoscopy and in the last 5 years pain levels not too bad. This morning I was sat down and gave a cough, the pain that ran through my abdomin was intense, it was extreme. Anyone else ?

Hi Ellasmum - yes, I've had that. It's happened also when I laughed suddenly, also to a lesser degree when I jump if I get a fright. The worst pain though was when I broke into a run/jog if you know what I mean, from one room to the other - I couldn't walk with the sudden pain. Basically any jolt is just a really sudden pull/strain on the area.

Hope it's worn off by now? Sara xx

Yes I've had awful pain like that, any sudden movements ... running for a bus the other day was a big mistake, mustn't do that again... well, luckily I'm having surgery on my ankle this week so won't be running for a while, phew
