Hi. Im and endo and PCOS Sufferer. I'm really suffering from diarrhoea at the moment. Has anyone found anything that helps?

I'm 26 and I've suffered from endo since my periods started as a young teenager. I've been bleeding continuously since 1st dec now. Pill is not an option. I had the coil fitted in jan. I'm in a lot of discomfort and for the past week or so I've been suffering from a bad bout of diarrhoea cause by it all. Any suggestions. I've got a gynae appointment booked for April. I'm thinking another lap maybe required. I'm just fed up of it all. I'm constantly exhausted.

I used to get very bad diarrhea wen i was due on & during . I went on a wheat free , diary free diet which really helped. Now im still on a wheatfree diet but find i can tolerate abit of diary !
