I don't necessarily mean with pain, but rather the 'stages' of it?
Thanks xx

Yes it can do, but equally Endo may improve or stay the same. Unfortunately only time will tell what your own Endo will do. It's very individual.
Also some ladies have mild disease with severe symptoms and other ladies have severe disease but mild symptoms .
I have had Endo for 20+ years and the best bit of advice I was given, was to have children young. I had children when I was 23,26 and 29.
I am now 43 and have extensive disease and adhesions (scar tissue ) plus adenomyisis and a fibroid!
This is a great forum where we share information, experiences and support each other.
Best of luck.

Barbara, thank you so much for the reply. I am only just learning about all this today and actually had only heard of the name without knowing the meaning, so trying to understand it a little more. So really great to find this support.
I am 28, I have no intention of having children soon... so I am of course now a little worried. Hence why I was interested to know if it can worsen, but as you say it just depends. Feels a little scary.
I expect the more I learn the better (or possibly not as the case may be ha!)... thank you for the post xx
Find out if there is a support group in your area, this will help, this is a great website to be using to.
Best wishes Sheri x
Thank you both of you xx
Hi Ann86,
Here's a link to the list of support groups Endometriosis UK currently has throughout the UK
endometriosis-uk.org/find-l...
Hopefully there is one near you, there is also a list of very useful publications that you will find really really useful, to help both you and your close family and friends to understand more.

Hope this helps you,
All the very best

I totally agree with Barbara I'm now 31 & I had my little boy when I was 22 then years of miscarriages. I'm so grateful I had him young as I don't think my body will be able to now. I found out I had endo at 18. Again like Barbara I have Adenomyisis, full of adhesions, polyisitc ovaries & fibroids. You can manage endo & you will be ok.
It does get worse for some people. Apparently for some, it goes away after child birth. Time will tell.
