My op has just been canceled after I've waited all day. This is my 3rd date and I've got to wait again now

Phone the PAL,s patient advice at the hospital you were supposed to have your operation with. Most hospitals have them on site and you should be able to get put through or get their phone number from switchboard at the hospital. I have used them before and they were very helpful. Good luck x

If you go on nhs website and put pal in search bar gives you info. Patience advice and liaison xx
