Hi Dancer53,

I am not sure if this herb is included in all the herbs I am taking but I am visiting my Chinese Doctor every Saturday just now for herbal treatment and I am getting all sorts of Chinese herbs and have to boil them in a pot for 5 days per week and drink them as a tea. This Doctor helped a lot of women with PCOS and Endo and even blocked tubes to get pregnant and have healthy babies so I am giving this a go. Is your herb a Chinese herb?

Good luck x

Hi, yes of course I will send you his details. My partner and I are 29 and 35 this year. I am 29 next month so we found out at the right time. This Dr helped women with Endo getting pregnant in their late 30's!! He is brilliant. xx

Hi there, i have taken ashwaganda before and it is great for helping the immune system and to clear your skin, and i did feel great while taking it, i had more energy. I still take it from time to time. I dont think it helped with my endo pain though, but everyone is different, so you should maybe give it a try. XxX

Thank you for your reply that sounds positive. I have been taking for about 3 weeks now feeling good on it , not made any change with the pain though . I'm hoping it may help with conceiving. Did u use at this time of you don't mind me asking? Thanks x
