about 8 weeks for a hysterectomy - but depends on what job you do. You might be up to returning to work sooner, but my need longer.

A few women can return after 2-3 weeks if they are in a sedentary job following laprascopic hysterectomy. Most people return after 6 weeks.

I work in an office and was able to return after a week, but I had robotic surgery, not sure it's the same as keyhole.
