Out of breath

Does anyone else experience this? Since the pain in my abdomen has been coming alot more recently just simple things like walking down the stairs or to the toilet has me gasping for breath. I have to sit down for 10 minutes just to catch my breath again.

Yes, this happens all the time for me, feels like I am totally unfit and aged 90, not 41 like I really am.

Have you had your iron levels tested? Being anaemic makes me very breathless and feel that way but its due to not having enough oxygen in your red blood cells. If you haven't had a blood test recently i would go and see your gp.

I too feel tired a lot, it makes me feel unfit and I hate that, also feel very, very cold, sometimes I just can't warm up no matter how much I wrap up or use hot water bottle, or have hot drinks, I'm shaking most of the time due to feeling cold.

I'm always cold but mainly my feet and hands, I used to be like a radiator, my immune system isn't as great as it was 2 years ago, I've been suffering a chesty cough and cold for 28 days now and nothing seems to be shaking it. I need to have more swabs taken in the new year so I shall ask to have my iron levels tested
