I have heard of the nasal ones..spray up the nose.. called Synarel. My cousin in Australia has just started on that. No adverse side effects to report back yet from her, but it is early days.

One huge benefit is that you can stop that type of drug as soon as you have an adverse reaction rather than ploughing on till the implant runs out.

Someone else was on this forum recently reporting from Singapore if my memory serves and was on Synarel too. Perhaps use our new fangled search box function to track down those posts.

Woops found the post -it was Visanne that she was put on to, in Singapore. Yes that is an oral GnRH drug....so that's the one to look up online.

Im on synarel spray and on my second month. I can still tolerate the side effect but im struggling with blaoting and constipation. Forst month i struggled sleeping and gets easily very tired . My doctor had givien me hormonal pills to lessen the side effect i dunno if made a difference as i just started a week ago
