Hi, I have experienced the same! I thought it was due to my operation. The only being it's of zoladex is good skin! Otherwise it's been a hard 6 months of emotions!

More likely to be constipated from pain medication like codeine. If you are taking codeine based pain relief without stool softeners like Fybogel or Lactalose, this is probably the cause.

Hi I would agree with Juleyanne - codeine based painkillers or morphine are dreadful for making you. constipated Also the sheer pain of going( after surgery or if in great pain) can make you even worse .Fybogel (physillium husk) ,plenty of fibre,fluids are essential.When I was in for any surgeries,I ate bowls of prunes - yuk,but they did the trick!! Syrup of figs is also very good.It is really really important not to get constipated ,so do anything you can to keep things moving!
