Hi. I found this too. I did weight watchers and lost 2.5 stone and over the last few months have put most of it back on and trying to conceive am very aware of the fact that i am over weight. I just seem to get bigger and bigger and it's miserable. I don't have any answers though sorry. Interested to see if other ladies have the same experience and any tips. Good luck with ttc and weight loss. X

My weight seems to fluctuate. Last month I managed to loose a stone having absolutely no clue how and today when I weighed myself again I've managed to put it back on within the space of 3 weeks, also had to come off the injection as trying to conceive. It's not nice as people notice. Unfortunately I don't have an answer for you either I'm afraid but your not the only one who is suffering x

I feel I have put on half a stone and getting heavier in the 2 months I've been on zoladex and HRT so I started a food replacement diet 3 days ago with lipotrim. Hopefully I will loose some weight and its gluten free so will see if that helps.

Hiya, My weight gain is from taking naproxen, ive put on half a stone in 3 weeks. I cut out wheat and diary and have been eating smaller portions since my lap in June so should really have lost weight, I'm also exercising daily. Stopped taking naproxen and just using paracetamol and heat pad, going to health food shop tomorrow for natural pain relief to see if that helps. Hope you all get answers and find out what is causing your weight gain, take care X.

Hey, I easily put on weight and have also done weight watchers and failed, however slimming world for me was the easiest diet I have done, they view it as a lifestyle change and not a diet which is why I think for me it was effective, no weighing no measuring and I like to eat so I didn't feel I was restricted. The only thing I would say is that you have to cook your meals from scratch (lots of recipes available on website) however this encourages you to eat more healthier by eating vegetables and teaches you the healthier options rather than calorie counting. I am 5ft 2 and was 11st 1lb I now vary from 9st 10lb to 10st 2lb depending on the time of the month. i do agree with bonygirl1 as well as you naturally eat less bread on slimming world so I think that helps. I have now been on slimming world for 2 years although I don't follow it religiously which is probably another reason why my weight varies so much.

Good luck with water route you choose, remember though 1- 3lbs per week is a healthy weight loss and you are more likely to keep it off by losing it slowly and safely. x
