I have been in severe pain left lower belly pain radiating to back bad pain in right hip and tired n feel sick sometimes. Had hysterectomy at 29 and right ovary removed 5 years ago im 43 had scan left ovary fime but got fluid in pelvis could this be caused by endometriosis.

Yes, it could be, but it could also be any number of other things too

The only way they can diagnose endo for sure is by laparoscopy, and my guess is that they'll be reluctant to do that because you've had a hysterectomy and "That Cures Endometriosis". Except it doesn't, so if you strongly believe that it could be endo, push for a proper investigation

I had ca425 blood test today. It so painful. Fed up havin so much time off work
