lactos problem

any one have a lactos problem with this that makes you feel sick and shacky

Yes, I have been lactose intolerant for 5 years now and only found out because I started to loose weight quickly due to having no2 issues and either being sick or feeling sick. I have learnt what I can and can't have, even down to not having certain cup a soups because they contain milk proteins. I stopped having milk products and felt fine after a couple of days.

Don't try the tablets that say, take before eating milk products and you will be fine, they don't work. I did get my money back after spending the entire night being sick after eating cheese cake!!!
