I'm sorry I haven't tried it,

I do find Efamarine (combined evening primrose and fish oil) helpful.

I've recently started the endo diet and my nutritionist has recommended a long list of suppliments to kick start my immune and health for a short period.

As above I'm also taking

acidophilus (for my gut flora and immune system)

slippery elm (to heal the gut)

magnesium malate - to help smooth muscles and reduce cramping pain

vitamin e - immune boost

pregnancy multi vitamin - we're ttc

vitamin d (I'm low) and you need it to concieve

I'm vegan & think my diet is really healthy. I don't want to fill up with loads of supplements .

I'm taking the starflower & black cohosh but aiming to get the rest of what I need from what I eat.

Are you taking medication too? I don't want to but don't really know enough yet.

It's so hard isn't it?

I used to take just mefenemic acid and co-codomol over my period, but we're ttc so all naiads are out. Since my lap and diet I've been coping on paracetomol and heat pads alone. The suppliments are under the guidance of a nutritionist and should be a temporary measure.

Good luck!!! Yes it is hard.

Good luck to you. You are still young. I've only just been diagnosed at 44.
