Periods -1st Blog few questions added in.

i was thinking after reading someone else's blog, about my Periods.

I read that its common in endo girls to have very clotty periods from an early age.

now i started my periods whrn i was 11. I dont really remember these being a big deal after speaking to my mum about it she told me i was very calm and took it in my stride.

however thinking back to when i was 12/13 i can remember them being horrific so painful i had to take time off school "leaking" and waking up with blood all up my back.

The pain would make me dizzy sometimes i'd faint. Even now and certainly back then they could make me physically sick and give me the runs.

However getting back to the clots i have always (from about 12) had what feels like large clots it often feels like i am wetting myself.

Does anyone else get this?

I suffer most with my right side although this time around both my right and left are very painful. I am ovulating at the moment so i guess my egg is coming from the left? does anyone get excruciating pains at this time?

I'm still waiting to be diagnosed however everyone including myself is convinced i have the dreaded endo!!

when i do have my lap i will also be having dye inserted into my tubes as my Husband and i have been trying for a baby almost 6years.

Hi I don't remember exactly what my periods were like when I was younger, but I know over the last few years the clots have got worse along with worse pains along with it. I get stabbing pains at ovulation and before period along with constant heavy bruised aching feeling.

I also had the dye test and its good they will do it all at the same time as at least they will check everything and hopefully you'll get some answers. Do you have a lap date yet? I was convinced I had endo too, and I did!
