How long has this been happening? X
Not common with endo, infact I don't recall anyone mentioning it happening before.
the only thing I can think might perhaps cause a vaginal bleed is if your bowel and vagina are glued closely together with adhesions, but then I would expect the bleed to be internal not external. Or perhaps polyps in the vagina or cervix that might get aggravated by the muscle activity when passing a BM through.
Endo bleeds are cyclical, your endo will be active around the time your uterus is actively bleeding too, and that can be when you ovulate or when you have a period but not all the time unless disrupted by ovarian cysts or some hormonal imbalance from meds or something. The fact that this is happening every time you have a poo is perplexing me.
I would suggest it is worth speaking to your doctor to get checked and rule out anything sinister and possible find out why this is happening and how to stop it too of course.
Is it only a recent change or has this been going on for quite some time?
It doesn't sound like endo, not to say it isn't, but it is not typical of endo, that's for sure.
