Ear problem...worried

Anyone had a virus that affected their ears? I was on Antibiotics, got rid of cough, but left me deaf in right ear. Tried warm olive oil, this removed a ball of liquid yellow wax, but still crackle in ear. Went to have hearing test at Specsavers she said there was blood inside my right ear. ( I do wear Aids) and sent me to GP with letter. He looked and could not see blood only wax, but now sending g me to ENT at hospital. I'm scared now, what can be wrong?

Still feel off colour, but GP said still virus!

Anyone got any idea please I worry about procedures?
