There are many people who suffer from hayfever severely and all GP's can apparently do is prescribe an anti histamine. However, I've heard that you can get immunotherapy treatment for Hayfever. Is this possible through the NHS in severe cases? Any response is appreciated. Calvin

Immunotherapy is certainly an option. You could also look into natural anti-histamines and nasal barriers such as sinubalm that trap pollen before it enters your nose. Nasal sprays/puffers are also available and can effectively coat your nasal passages and prevent the pollen from causing our sinus allergy symptoms. Acupuncture is also something that can help. I recommend you speak with your doctor if you decide to use any new treatment.
