Is it advisable to avoid sugar even if you are not suffering from Diabetes. Your cholesterol is normal. as a matter of fact if you stop eating sugar may be you will lose weight which you do not eant to

I do not know about lowering your creatinine. Eating too much sugar is never good. It adds to inflammation which can affect the kidneys. If you are not diabetic, then I would not worry unless you are eating a ton of candy, baked goods and other sweets. Once in a while a treat, even if you are diabetic is ok. Just pan in it. The biggest sneaky culprit of sugar is starches or carbs. We aware of that.
