Developed Under active thyroid in 2005 then I fell ill in 2007 which tumbled into 2008 and unable to work with no diagnosis. I had an adrenal crisis which put me in hospital for a month in an induced coma, I was lucky to survive. Then I was ok for a while when I became seriously ill and landed in hospital with Kidney failure, my GFR was 11% and they were considering put me on dialysis. However it was autoimmune like me addison's and I slowly began to recover, my GFR is now 48% and I take regular blood tests to monitor my kidneys and other conditions. With the recent announcement I am very concerned

Yes we are all concerned with CKD and other chronic illnesses too. Stay hydrated avoid people and wash hands frequently. Make sure you are getting enough rest and eating a good healthy diet to keep immune system as strong as possible.
