Davita Class

I just finished my Davita Kidney Care class. It is free, and very informative. They provide you workbooks to help you to manage stuff.

I am also being told that my current situation is probably not even CKD, that I need to monitor my situation and keep everything under control. I also heard that even CKD3 is manageable to a point that it does not progress. So I guess that Stage 1&2 is highly controllable. That is indeed some good news.
