Introducing myself

I'm a woman, 84-years-young, recently diagnosed with Stage 3 CKD. I recently had my first visit with a good nephrologist. Am trying to get connected with a renal dietitian who sees patients in the office of the nephrology practice. I am compiling all the information I can find on good nutrition for renal patients. I also have high blood pressure and ulcerative colitis. I walk for exercise.

I am a recent widow living alone. I'm learning how to cook kidney diet meals for one. I live in Florida and have adult children who don't live near me.
