Last week went to hospital for scan on my kidneys they say they are bright what does it mean?

Perhaps they were thinking of Bright's disease ?

I am worried about it.my kidney fuction test comes back low do not know why.

How low was the kidney function ?

It not normal .may need kidney biospy

Did not say how long but had 3 blood test said same low but had blood test at hospital last Thursday just waiting back they toke 5 lots of blood

I know it's easy for me to say but try not to worry, Wait and see what the tests reveal, kidney function can fluctuate from day to day, mine was 43 one week and 35 the following week,

Without any other info it is difficult to say. I you have no other problems or worries I would just try to chill until you have your appointment to discuss results. It could be just the tech could have had the gain up too high, and it could have been distorted by gas or another artifact...dont stress
