CMP blood work results worried

I'm a worrier and I Google everything. I got my labs for my Cmp blood work and the results r as follows I'm 37 and female. I know the only abnormal flag was my sugar, but I had drank some Gatorade right b4 i knew the doctor wanted me to take some labs 🤷🏽‍♀️ anyways that >60 worries me. Can someone interpret? I wont see my doctor for another 3 weeks. Thanks in advance.

Your blood results all look normal apart from the fasting glucose. I Think you may have broken the fast which would require you to have no food and only water for several hours before the blood test. This could explain your result.

You could try calling your doctor to see if someone could talk to you about the results before your appointment.

I can not at all figure out what is bothering you about these results. They are not just good, they are excellent. A bit high in the glucose but this is easily fixed by not eating so much sugar. I don't know what you mean about the >60. You WANT to be >60 for egfr. This is excellent. you were well above >60. Take your results and file them away and go celebrate.

Oh my gosh!!! you're worried about THOSE labs? They are fantastic!

I am NOT diabetic and sometimes my glucose will also go a couple points above what is considered normal, especially if they were not fasting labs

Yeah I was worried cause I misread the test. After the last response I went back and looked at the test again. I was looking at the reference numbers as mine, for whatever reaso , maybe lack of sleep idk I havent been sleeping good lately. But thank you all for putting my mind at ease.
