This week marks hypo awareness week! We want to know what kind of things people use to treat hypos, and whether you've experienced no hypo awareness?

I bought small juice cartons in Lidl (they were 99c, but they're now €1.19) for 6

I keep one next to my bed, so if I wake up in the early hours with the symptoms (shaking and feeling like I'm freezing cold) I drink it.

Any morning that happens I end up with a 5. something mmol, if I don't drink the juice I get a 7. something

(I'm type 2 btw)

Hi SamDRWF ,

I usually use cranberry or pineapple juice and a plant based chocolate flavored shake depending on the blood sugar at the time.😀👍
