Hi everyone,

There's an interesting study carried out by Cambridge Uni that eating just 66g more fruit and veg every day can cut the risk of getting type 2 diabetes by 25% as we have many members who are pre-diabetic I think this is very important to know.

I'm not surprised at this news Jerry. It's becoming more obvious to me and others of the value of a mainly vegetarian based lifestyle.

I am not a good cook but members of my family are. Two,are and one who is in charge of a recognized hotel group. They advocate much more understanding and use of herbs which, used properly make all the difference to the flavouring of vegetable based meals.

Very appetizing photo Jerry.

Thank you and you are so right that we can eat ourselves healthy and we need to get the message out there.

The veg were just a selection that I'd bought as I love most fruit and veggies. πŸ˜ŠπŸŽπŸ‡πŸ₯¦
