I went on the LCHF diet and also I walk 10,000 steps every day.

I am on steroids long term which spike my sugars but am trying to reduce the steroids. (I have Polymyalgia Rheumatica)

Hi and welcome to the group, Bronzepony4u .😀👍 Please feel free to continue posting and commenting, asking questions, take a look at the Topics/Pinned Posts and Polls sections for ideas and suggestions. Also, meet the other members of the group. Everyone is very helpful.

Has your doctor suggested that you change your diet and/or exercise routine? Take a look at the DRWF’s free leaflets at: drwf.org.uk/understanding-d...

I hope this helps.😀👍

Thank you all for your replies. I have done the diets. The exercise routines and so on. Speaking for myself, "These approaches All appear to be Temporary Band Aides for the main problem". I have found Intermittent fasting helps but is NOT a cure. I am going to soon implement a fasting protocol along with a Colon and Pancreas Cleanse since to me It appears that there is a blockage and as with any plumbing issues it needs to be dealt with at the root. Todays food has become so poisonous and toxic it appears that all these factors weigh in as reason for the vast illnesses we see today. There has to be a more holistic "Common sense" approach to this than simply taking more Pharmaceuticals which does NOT sit comfortable with me for obvious reasons. Again, I thank you all for your comments and helping me in making "my" decision to seek a reversal of this horrible infliction brought upon us.
