People with dark skins tend to have lower vitamin d levels than people with paler skins and this results in a lower rate of magnesium absorption and both vitamin d and magnesium protect the body from the adverse consequences of high blood glucose levels.
Taking at least 5000 iu daily vitamin d3 and 400mg elemental magnesium will make the changes suggested by Tracey Brown in the above videos work faster.
