Diabetes 2 - cause & treatment

Diabetes 2 is now reclassified as an Autoimmune disease.

See article below

medicalnewstoday.com/articl...

It means there are antibodies to Insulin.

The insu-lin is there but the antibodies bind to it and it is not free to act as insulin. Even when more insulin is produced, again the antibodies bind to the extra insulin.

But if the antibodies were removed, diabetes 2 patients will be normal healthy people.

Please READ - Regulatory T Cell- BECAUSE IT CURES AUTOIMMUNE CONDITIONS

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regul...

How to harness the T Reg Cell

The way to use T Reg cell - the method is Immune Tolerance and Oral Tolerance.

Oral tolerance is the suppression of immune responses to antigens (Ag) that have been ad-ministered previously by the oral route. Multiple mechanisms of tolerance are induced by oral Ag. Low doses favor active suppression, whereas higher doses favor clonal anergy/deletion.

Oral Tolerance is successful in Animals

But Oral Tolerance is not successful in humans.

The way to Success is a new discovery which is B7.

The Research by Dr. Polly Matzinger explains the T cells requirements.

The T cell needs 2 factors or signals for full activation.

1.) a peptide of the target antigen -in this case is insulin, – the dose primes or makes ready theT cell. But without the 2nd signal the T cell remains in anergy( no activity).

2.) the Second signal is co-stimulation – is B7 also known as CD80 (B7-1) & CD86(B7-2) – either one is enough to make the T cell go thru the changes that makes it a fully activated cell.

Second Signal or Co- stimulation is explained at

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Co-st...

Dr. Matzinger’s discovery is called Danger Theory because methods available to Modern Medicine to induce B7 were Vaccines, Toxoids & byproducts from dangerous micro-organism & not applicable due to toxicity including inflammatory lymphokines, fevers, fatigue from an overactive immune system ..

But Dr. Matzinger was not aware there is a nontoxic and safe method to induce B7 and that is through Herbs.

One last problem – Herbs that induce B7 by lymphocytes also induce Inflammation by lym-phokines – Interferon, Interleukin 6 & Tumor Necrosis Factors. Inflammation leads to more Antibodies which results in-failure. The problem is fixed by a 2nd herb that minimizes in-flammation.

At this point, a successful formula is possible combining Oral Tolerance and 2 herbs – the 1st for B7 induction and the 2nd to inhibit production of inflammatory lymphokines.

How the formula works.

Diabetes 2 are due to antibodies to insulin, the immune system has generated many Helper T cells -these cells function to produce more antibodies, the Suppressor cells

function the opposite -they stop antibody production.

Oral Tolerance leads to proliferation of new Suppressor T cells, the new cells work against Helper T cells & delete each other, when Helper T cells are reduced, Insulin anti-bodies go down to normal, each course leads to improvement until complete healing.
