Whoopppeee! Back to normal thanks to diet and you guys!

I was diagnosed prediabetic about a year ago, put on low dose of Metformin and also a moderate Keto diet, thanks largely to advice on this forum as well as my nurse. I had a blood test at six months in and had managed to improve and come one step away from prediabetic instead of becoming diatbetic. Now just had my annual test and I've dropped right back to being completely normal. Cholesterol has gone up a bit, but still fine.

I'm sooo sooo pleased.

Big thank you for all the advice I got on here, it's so appreciated.

😀
