I’ve had it awhile and it’s now like a whole and very time a squeeze it water blood comes out. I have type 2 diabetes.

It appears to be corbuncle. Please show it to a doctor and get it treated.

looks like an infected hair folicle - so like a zit - speak to the pharmacist if you can't get to the doctor.

I also keeping having hot flashes, sweating and a little bit nausea and lack of appetite but no pain around the affected area
