I am type 2 diabetic with 120/225 sugar level. I am prescribed with morning intake of gluformin xl 500, Gemmer 1 and homin. At night I take only gluformin xl 500. no tablets at afternoon. How to reduce the dosage.

Have you talked with your Endocrinologist about the issue at the last appointment? If so, what did he/she say?

To reduce the dosage you have to prove that the diabetes is under good control for several tests then probably ask for a reduction. You have to follow a strict diet to do this for the rest of your/his life.
