hi I am new here and this is my 1st post, I am type 2 with insulin and metformin I was diagnosed 6 years ago and told mine was heredity I am late 70s .we can live with diabetes we just need to be sensible with what we eat I try and follow LCHF  and I wont let it rule my life .freddie12
